This 1955 Chevrolet half ton Pickup is owned by Bill Jennings of North Little Rock Arkansas. 

It has the step side bed, 235 c.u. 6 cyl engine with 3 speed manual transmission. 

Bill bought the truck in 1980 and used it as a daily driver for twelve years.  It then sat in a shed in his back yard until he retired in 2000.  He started restoring it one part at a time and after three years the restoration was complete. 

Since then he has entered it in many car and truck shows and has yet to come home empty handed, as he has won an award every time.
